This Shipping Policy explains how Zarraan processes, ships, and delivers orders across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification once it has been shipped.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan.
- For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take slightly longer, and in rare cases, our courier partners may be unable to service certain addresses. We will contact you if this is the case.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, political/security situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods, as communicated on our website or social media pages.
6. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners across Pakistan, which may include (but are not limited to) TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, Trax, or PostEx, depending on your location. The courier partner assigned to your order will be shared via your dispatch notification along with a tracking number, where available.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor your shipment status.
- If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us at zarraanofficial@gmail.com.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.
- Please ensure exact change where possible, as courier riders may not always carry change.
- Orders with COD may be subject to confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch to reduce fraudulent or fake orders.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment to us.
- Please ensure your provided address and phone number are accurate and reachable to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated unavailability of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment, at our discretion.
10. Order Changes After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
- If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, before it is shipped.
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- We take care to package all orders securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, so we can assist you.
- In the rare case that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund as appropriate.
12. International Shipping
- At this time, Zarraan primarily ships within Pakistan. If international shipping becomes available, updated terms, charges, and delivery timelines will be communicated on our website.
