4. Orders and Order Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues with payment or delivery information.
• An order confirmation (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.
• In case of order cancellation from our side, any advance payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the website.
• We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and/or online payment through our secure payment gateway partners, as made available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment already made.
• For online payments, Zarraan does not store your full card or banking details; these are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe as communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number. Zarraan is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, which may be published separately or communicated at the time of purchase.
• Products must generally be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact, within the specified return window.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion, within a reasonable timeframe.
• Sale items, discounted items, or items marked as "final sale" may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• Shoes that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

8. Order Cancellations

• Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at zarraanofficial@gmail.com.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy upon delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including but not limited to the Zarraan name, logo, product designs, images, graphics, text, and layout, is the intellectual property of Zarraan and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
